About the role

Crimson is the AI platform for high-stakes litigation. We are working with top law firms in the UK and US to streamline how complex disputes are run. Our platform uses the full matter background to answer case-specific questions, extract facts and legal positions, analyse arguments and evidence, and draft documents tailored to each case.

We are a founder-led team combining deep litigation and technical expertise. Our users are law firms who trust us with their most sensitive case files and rely on Crimson as their operating system for case management and analysis. They handle disputes built on large, fast-moving factual records. Crimson is designed to help teams navigate and use that information quickly.

We are hiring our first US-qualified litigator. As Founding Member (Litigation), you will work directly with the founding team across law firm engagement, product and market expansion. You will play a central role in building Crimson's presence in the US and shaping the product used by leading litigation teams.

This is a high-agency role for someone who wants to step out of traditional practice and help build the future of litigation technology.

What you'll do

Work with law firms

  • Run product demos for US and global law firms
  • Support commercial conversations with partners, innovation teams and senior management
  • Lead onboarding for new customers and ensure pilots run smoothly from start to finish, supporting teams throughout
  • Build relationships with litigators across target firms
  • Represent Crimson at conferences, events and customer meetings

US expansion

  • Lead Crimson's engagement with US litigation teams and US law firms
  • Own key customer relationships from first engagement through long-term adoption
  • Play a central role in scaling Crimson's presence in the US litigation market

Shape the product

  • Work directly with the founders and the engineering team to translate litigation workflows into product features
  • Provide structured feedback from customers and prospects
  • Prioritise features that increase adoption and daily usage

Scale the business

  • Establish Crimson as a trusted platform for disputes teams in the US and globally
  • Contribute to hiring, culture and early team standards as we scale
  • Be part of the founding team building a category-defining company

This is for you if

  • You are a US-qualified attorney with c. 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
  • You practised in the US and are now based in London
  • You have strong credibility with partners and senior lawyers
  • You communicate clearly and have excellent product judgement
  • You are self-directed and comfortable operating with limited structure
  • You are excited by the idea of helping build a company from an early stage

Strong signals

  • Top US firm litigation background
  • Experience working on complex, document-heavy matters
  • Interest in legal technology and AI
  • Comfortable presenting to senior lawyers and external audiences
